Luxardo PRUNY Plum Jam

Pruny is made according to an old recipe in traditional Italian homemade style, but restyled using cutting-edge production technology, in compliance with the latest quality and safety standards.
Pruny is not a typical preserve that has been strained or sieved, as it retains the fibrous nature of apricot pulp while remaining easy to spread. It is ideal for jam tarts, cooks well in an oven at 180°C without boiling or staining the baking tins with liquid. It does not contain thickening agents, preservatives, coloring agents or acidifiers.
