Anisette is a liqueur originating from the infusion of Chinese star anise in pure alcohol. It's sweeter and lower in alcohol than other anise-flavored liqueurs.

Straight - Perfect as an after dinner drink, usually served at room temperature.
On the rocks - Served with coffee
