Tasting Notes

COLOR: Golden-yellow color highlighted with hints of amber and orange.

AROMA: Mediumbodied, but pleasantly fiery, butterscotch, heather, honey and ground ginger with elongated, wood-infused undertones.

PALATE: Light to medium-bodied, creamy, good flow of toasty wood, almond, caramel, and just a subtle suggestion of charcoal and earthy peat.

FINISH: Lingers, ending with a quick bite of light, raw wood. Adding a thimble full of spring water balances the initial hit of alcohol and softens the nose by bringing forward the fresh, fruit essence of orange, citrus and sweet grain.
