Etter's fruit spirits express the most fresh and pure essence of each fruit and berry.

"Löhrpflümli" plums are at the height of ripeness and virtually fall off the trees on their own, after which they are brought to the distilling plant. In good years, 6 kilograms of these special plums go into the making of the distillate.
