Chinaco Reposado is 100% Agave tequila that mixes beautifully, but stands proudly on its own.

Careful blending of different lots and the extended time of 14-16 hours in the autoclave (a pressurized, steam-heated, stainless steel cooking vessel) to achieve the fullest flavor and color in the most natural way. A pretty pale yellow color belies the macho intensity and suave complexity of this reposado. The aromas are noticeably deep, dominated by agave and white pepper on layers of smoke and flowers, with hints of fruit and caramel. The palate is subtly sweet, with moderate spice and caramel flavors and hints of fruit, floral and oak. Wood notes and smoke lead to a smooth aftertaste. Here is a wealth of agave character, playing between citrus and chili- ay caramba!

Tasting Notes

COLOR: Golden light amber.

AROMA: A generous nose of citrus zest, apple, peach, and a hint of dill and quince.

TASTE: Clean, frresh flavors carry through on the palate, with full depth and balance, capped by a medium-long, lingering fruity and spicy finish.

RECOMMENDATIONS: On-the-rocks or neat. Great for premium margaritas.
